You'd maybe like to consider an electric 'power shower'......they take low pressure hot and cold water and boost the pressure internally, and they look just like a standard electric shower.

hi

thanks for response, i wanted to get away from the electric shower look realy...was thinking of a mixer shower but not sure if that would cope with low pressure hot water?

You need to measure from the top of the shower head to the bottom of the header tank....1 metre = 0.1 bar pressure which is the absolute minimum for gravity showers. If you have 2 metres height, then there's much more choice but do check the manufacturers specifications.
