Whirlpool Oven akz 151 not heating properly

Display says 200 degrees has been reached, doesn't feel like 200 degrees. Thermo varies between 160 -180 Food takes ages to cook. Temp probe faulty? If so, how do I check this with multi meter?

Or any other suggestions? Thanks
