Whistling valve

I have a thermostatic radiator valve that has started whistling if I set it to 4 or below. I’d usually have it on 3 but having to leave it open because it drives me up the wall!

is there anything I can do with it?

What tune does it whistle ,is it " Don't Leave me this way" ? If it is, fit a new valve. If it isn't ,fit a new one anyway.
