Probably the local council exercising their right to spy on your property. New Council Tax evaluations are under way. Hence. at the moment you have a lovely view of a helicopter. That'll be enough to put your house up 2 bands.

Your 2 up 2 down semi will soon be amongst the top CT banded properties in the country. Specially if you can see the local golf course (well. even if you have to climb on the roof and use binoculars, that will still count!!).
