Window distance from wall joint

We are extending the exiting room.In this room, old wall will be joined to new wall.
I need to put window to this wall.
Can someone please let me know What is minimum distance need to be left from wall joint to the window?

You could have an opening against the old wall if you wish. More critical is the distance openings need to be from corners.
 
If the join is to continue a straight wall, no minimum. If the join is a return (so a right angle either in or out) then 600mm iirc is deemed to comply, less is possible.
