Windows not closing due to having dropped?

Thanks Crank, even though it is bad news. There's a walkway and bin area immediately below so I wouldn't want to take a chance removing the sash. I guess I may have to call a professional in.
The sashmate looks good though. I'm surprised it's not standard kit for window repairers.
I guess I should get ths hinges changed if I get a guy in.
Roughly how much should I be paying?
