wiring a single built in oven

any speedy assistance please,

I have just purchased a single electric oven (built in type)it has no wiring from it .power supply 230v,power max usage 2.07kw,fuse rating 13amp.
can i wire with 1mm cross sectional cable twin and earth and use std 13amp plug

havn't got instructions as i bought sold as seen. but assumed as it is 13amp rated i could wire up and put std 13amp plug on!i have had single ovens before that work from std 13amp plug but i really would like conformatiom before doing the job.

if you are putting a plug on it i would use 1.25mm or 1.5mm flex
