wiring diagram for Videx 3011a

Hi All,

trying to replace smart 1 handset 3021 with videx 3011a.

Just wondering which wires (colored) should go where ?

tried finding manual but no luck.

Did you google it ? first search shows the diagram, did you remove the old wires without making note what terminal they came from ? No standard colours it depends on who fitted it.

My prev tenant stole it. so I have no way of knowing it.

Is there other phones in the block? If so ask to have a look inside handset take note of colours the connectors are common on most videx handsets

So there are no other handsets on system ?

the neighbour has the same as the link i mentioned before. I cldnt find exactly the same version. so trying 3011a hope it works.

Tried today to fit but no luck. was confused which color wire shld go where?

No as before ask other tenant to look in handset there are NO common colour configurations take picture or write down colours to terminal letters. It can be sorted from that.
