Had to visit a site a couple of years ago on a chemical plant and report to the site manager or that should have been manageress for safety induction,,,anyhow she introduced herself and gave us the low down and she was quite charming and full of knowledge,,anyhow talking to the guys onsite later and they said she knew her job inside out and was great to work for,more than I can say for some male site managers
