wooden floorboards bathroom- driftwood colour +matt finish??

im having wooden floorboads in my bathroom and iguess im going to need to waterproof them.

im using pine boards and dont want a yellow finish. in fact i would really like a kind of driftwood colour to the boards and a matt finish.

any ideas how i could achieve this?

If you have 'left-over' pieces of the boards do a trial with various colour stains until you find the one you like best.
Oils (like osmo colour wax oil) can be mixed together to create your own colour
