where can i get wooden interior window sills from.

i assume you mean window boards, ie the things you put your potted plant on inside the window. Any timber merchants will do you proud

You can get them in MDF as well as REAL wood. Any timber merchant.

you can also get them in pvc

personaly if you have a router you can easily mould your own
