I have taken off the heat exchanger again and refitted it, I now have the hot water pressure back but the gas burner still goes out after about 20-30 seconds on both the HW and heating. It was fine before I replaced the exchanger.Is there anything I could try or should I call my Man???.

have you now got an air lock? Have you checked the pump for turning and the impellor for broken?
