Can anybody help me I have a 24 cdi it works most of the time but frequently it cuts off and shows fault with DHW light flashing the fan is ok I have 1 OHM at pressure switch tubes are ok harness to pcb are ok (green wires) It shows the fault normally when the water is used and is intermittent I am gas safe reg but cant work this one out.

try the following! I've had this problem although rarely once or twice.
1) if the heat exch (main) is full of fur around it like it hasn't been serviced ever, this can cause it!
2) is there a flue restrictor ring in the flue that shouldn't be there, remove it.
It can only be the above two if the fan aps and tubes are working well! Nothing blocked in the flue is there pal.
