Worcester 30 CDi GC-No 47 311 93

Does anyone know how to fix the clock timer on our boiler? It's a Worcester 30 CDi GC-No 47 311 93. The timer is not rotating and therefore, not working.

If there is power to it and the face is not moving then it's new clock time.
