Help, my boiler has started to reach high pressures. I have tightened the grey plastic water inlet tap on the bottom of the unit. This tap has to be tightened carefully as over tightening makes it leak badly. Still water is getting into the system and I have to release the pressure 2/3 times per day. Is the problem as simple as changing the washer to this tap? can one do it oneself ? Thanks

Remove the white filler key, (turn and pull bayonet style)(should be removed anyway). This will test if the filler valve is infact letting by. If it is replace the key temporarily and get the built in filling loop replaced.
