worcester combi problem

My inlaws combi is playing up. The heater is fine it's the hot water that's not working as it should. The water is only coming out warm when the tap is open all the way.
What do you think the problem is.

What Worcester is it ? around 40 diff models so quote the desccripton on the front could be just 3 numbers say 240 or 24cdi that kind of thing only 60% have diverter valves.

it's the 24cdi

If the dhw light does not come on when you turn the tap the as sugested its prod the diverter valve diagphram, not a diy job on the cdi.
