Worcester Greenstar 25Si outer casting removal?

Had the boiler replaced last year with this model.
There is now a gap in wall tiles between the outing casing and the surrounding wall tiles.
I just need to remove the outer casing to remove the old cut tiles and replace them with new ones.
According to the manual, I remove two screws and pull down two green levels (which I have done) then pull out and lower down the control panel which won't budge.

The manual instructions are vague on removing the outer casing.
How do I do it?

You don't. Only Gas Safe Registered Engineers should remove and refit the casing, as it forms the safety room seal and the regulatory 26.9 safety checks must be completed every time the casing is removed, and before the boiler is put back into operation again
