Hi I have an issue with this boiler. The boiler seems to be fine but connected to this is a small box with a single small power button on it. We have a honeywell remote which can vary the heat etc etc.

When we adjust the heat on this remote the separate box from the boiler light turns green. You can also manually turn the boiler on by pressing this button.

The box now however shows a red light as the button got stuck and was held in. Since then we cannot get the red light to disappear and the boiler is acting strange because of it.

Does anyone know the sequence of event to get this back to normal? I have tried holding in and it then flashes at a slower rate.

You have probably now managed to disconnect the remote unit from the receiver (white box).

Leave it for ten minute and hope it starts to work.

If not, turn the power off and back on.

If it still doesn't work you had better hope you haven't goosed the button; then read the manual and find the "rebinding" procedure.

Next time - stop pressing things!! That button is for emergencies only.
