iirc they do this alot in canada,difference is if im not mistaken they use shingles on a ply board rather then the way we all do it?.

Stripping a similar one at the moment
2x 20m extension roofs,full day each to strip and 8 1tonne sand bags of foam from each

And how are the rafters looking?

The roof is 1940s with very old 15x9s Doing both his and the adjoined neighbours every one of his rafters are rotten so needs a new structure with tin hat scaffold now. Neighbours rafters are solid. Lesson to people don't get foam. Tiles come off as hardcore! Neighbours roof stripped in a day. His is looking like 3 just to take the tiles off.

Na the tiles weren't painted just plastered with foam.
