Looking to buy some items for a pending refurb project and came across this on ebay, worth the money?

There are a number of items there that you'll never use in a month of Sundays and will end up throwing away (or putting on eBay!).

You'll be buying some sockets etyc that are a certain style and pattern that you'll have to match for other places in your project. And some of it is "used" which will be a risk.

Look at the budget for your refurb project and think about how much you'll really save. I would say its not worth the hassle.
