Most of these energy companies are driving consumers around the twist, some will offer cheaper first tier, then their 2nd tier will be higher than say a competitors, others will have a first tier more expensive than others, and their second tier will be chaeaper than the rest of them, and some will offer 3% others will offr 6% and so on for paying by DD, some will then offer an extra 2% for dual fuel, others will offer further discounts for paperless billing! they are driving us totally mad, that is why this was recently brought to the attention of parliment/ofgem and they asked energy suppliers to restructure their prices so that an averge joe blog doesn't need a cray computer to work out a best deal or another energy compare dot come to come to our rescue at our expense!
