looking at all the other houses on my estate it just looks dog rough to me.. 
as already stated he has already had 2 warnings about things being left rough or substandard finish and had to redo.
If i went to a job to price it up and it was difficult it would simply take longer to do.. it wouldnt end up just bodged and left.
