Hello - hoping that this problem is easy to fix!
The front door to our block of flats has an automatic closing device and, I think, the force with which the door slams shut has loosened the front of the Yale lock (the circular bit which sits on the outside of the front door, and in which the keyhole sits). The circular bit now twists round and round and can be pulled a few mm away from the door.
How easy is it to tighten the Yale lock's connection - and how do I do it?
Many thanks in advance for any help and advice!
