My elderly neighbour has asked for help as their Zanussi is tripping their RCCD.
I identified the culprit after process of elimination.
I removed the top of the machine and checked no leaks visible so it is probably brushes or the heating element. (HARD WATER AREA)
Trouble is i cant see how the casing comes off as their is no seperate panel to unscrew so i assume the whole casing comes off in one?
Really got me stumped and i cannot download a manual .
Model # WJD 1257 W

Anyone know please?

you have to remove the rear half of the cabinet,4 screws at the top on the metal frame, one each side at the bottom behind plastic covers, sometimes another by the drain hose outlet.the inlet valves unclip from the casing and then remove rear half.

Yes, bottom left viewed from the back.Remove live and neutral and see if it still trips.
