Zanussi Washer Dryer doesnt spin

Ive got a Washer Dryer (WJS 1265W - 4 years old) and it doesnt spin properly. It spins but only at a very very slow speed. This problem started after washing a load of towels and the spin during this wash made quite heavy noise as it tried to spin the heavy load. Any ideas as to the what the problem may be?
