My washer is not working - the power supply is evident, the door locks when I select the usual setting but there is no rsponse onc I press the start button until about 10 minutes later when the start button flashes as it usually does when a cycle is complete (but the cycle time remains). There are no error codes displayed. The water pipe is not creased. Any ideas wat could be the problem?
