zone 1,2,3

hi guys - again...i'm putting spots in the bathroom and need a good source of zone 1 spots for the shower or can i use zone two? seen some in b&q but dont really trust them [ i hate b&q ]. plus can i wire zone 1 to 2 etc....in the same loop?
