Short out the Molex pins on start-up.


Superb, and he is still not following start up.....................Nice try Joe but your not even good on the low end stuff ( Bet he cannot prove it)

from picture... screws missing behind keypad, try taking keypad mat out and clean it, better still fit an old 9448 grey rubber keymat (more carbon on the back)

Looking at all the scorch/heat marks around the heat sink & voltage regulator area I think the dead idea wins.
True.
Nothing like trying, but our little "Yoda" has fallen at the first hurdle of a scanny.

A larger step from Yale and his other endeavours thus far.
