Yale burglar alarm 6400 pir entry point

Do not know if anybody can help but I have an Yale 6400 alarm with a downstairs rear pir fitted, if I set to 'entry' it gives me enough time to disarm it but continually beeps even when the alarm is off and whenever your in the house and the pir detects movement, is there anyway of turning this off but still having it as an entry setting so I can still enter through this part of the property if need be?

Yep you need to go into the adv settings menu and turn chime off.

Ateratively go into the devices menu and change it from an entry device to an away entry device.
