Hotpoint TCM570 Problem 2 - Water Drainage?

Hi, the above machine doesn't collect water in the water container and when the consenser unit at the bottom is removed lots of water spills out and is the machine is tipped back, lots of water tips out?
I ran the machine and put the pipe from the water pump in to a bucket and this spilled out around 2 egg cups of water.

Any advise please?

Clean the pump out at the back. And blow down the black tube see if it's blocked. Then tip a cup full of water in pump chamber and see it pumps up at the top.

Hi, I'll try that thanks, also could a hole be blocked where the water enters the pump? thanks

That's the next thing I was gonna ask but you got to find that hole.

Hi, Yes thanks for your help.
I found the drain hole and it was blocked, now pumping water out fine rather than sitting in the machine spilling everywhere.
