Philips 14PV200 - Installation

I have lost the remote for this TV and i cant get rid of the menu, do i need a new remote or is their another wat around it? :cool:

By switching off completely and then switching back on should reset any menu graphics. If this is not happening there is a possibility of a fault but also check if the manual menu button on the front of the tv is not jammed in
 
There are no menu buttons or anything like that on this tv, and its the initial setup so i cant override it. Basically i cant use the tv :(
Ive got a one for all remote, it powers on the tv but theres no ok button on the remote so i think ive run out of options :(

Yeh it seems that a remote control is the only answer these things are not cheap for philips.I think philips used the same remote language for most of their combi.s so borrowing one just to get out of instal mode may be an option. A quick google search comes up with this one as about the cheapest.
