Ariston Combi HW = warm radiators

Can anyone assist? I have an Ariston Combi boiler which had a problem, no hot water, so I replaced the diaphragm in the diverter valve which fixed the problem (sort of!) now having a problem where, if I run the hot water tap at just the right flow, we get luke warm water, but all the radiators in the house get hot instead. Can anyone point to the problem?

My best guess is that you did not reassemble the diverter valve properly!

Dirt in the body of the diverter valve could have seized it or stopped the seats closing.
