New Diplomat ABA 9242 Dishwasher - water won't drain

Got this dishwasher just last week as part of a new kitchen, and it's worked fine until today, but now the dirty water won't drain from the bottom of the machine. I've followed the instructions in the manual to check and clean the filters, including attempting to manually rotate the propeller at the very bottom of the drainage hole and nothing seems to work.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Has it flooded & triped the float switch.
Is the pump trying to run?
If the pump is trying then like my Hotpoint impeller is jammed

I dunno...

How would I be able to tell that? It's flooded at the bottom insofar as there is a pool of water in the bottom of the dishwasher. It's not really doing anything to be honest...
