Baxi 105HE problem

Hello,
I have a baxi 105he which will not work when the cover is screwed shut. It fires then the flame dies after a few seconds. With the cover off it works perfectly. I have cleaned out the venturi, the fan seems to be working fine and the flue is clear. It worked fine for about a year but now only works with the cover only partially secure.

you have a definite flue issue .sounds like flue is pulling fumes from the exhaust .there must be cross over of gases in the flue.check that inner tube is pressed home in the end of the outer tube
