insulating a flat roof

Has anyone done this? can only find trade sales on line. Need to persuade a landlady that it's possible (easy? cheap?)

One persons easy and cheap is another's hard and expensive.

You really need to describe the roof/ceiling structure in detail to get any hope of a useful reply.

easy and cheap it ain't.

100mm kingspan insulated deck with 25mm between joists will cost about £40.00 p/m2 just to buy.

installation costs plus a re-roof........
