vokera hydra fault

help folks my boilers packed in.

its a vokera hydra about 2/3 years old and is showing the code e 04

according to the book this is a lockout/ power failure. how bad is this to get fixed. the boiler has been working fine up until today any ideas.

have you had any b -- error/fault codes,
what was the boiler doing when fault occured.

the boiler was running the heating on timer not sure on the b errors i will be having a good read of the book later and then logging any more codes if they appear.

can the fault be tracked down with the specific code? as lockout/ power failure is very vague

have you got the boiler running again with a reset.
if so, keep an eye on it and note any anomolies.
