I had a new boiler and megaflo cylinder positioned in the loft and initially the bath and shower pressure was much improved, however now just several months later the pressure has significantly reduced Can anyone suggest a reason why this occurs and possibly if there's anything I can do to rectify?

Have you had any other plumbing work done recently?
There are safety features with these cylinders and one could be partialy blocked. Not something you can do yourself.
You need someone in who is qualified with unvented systems.

inlet filter might need cleaning
you could try restoring the air space (label on side of cylinder)
