Hi People.

I have a boiler issue.

I've identified a diverter valve problem. I can get central heating but not hot water. When I press the micro switch on the divertor valve it fires up my boiler, like it would when I open the hot tap, but it does not let the hot water flow to my taps.

Until this gets fixed properly how do I overcome this issue?

Thanks

I am guessing you have an ariston eurocombi? what is the make and model of the boiler pelase.

Hi, it's a Protherm 80e, as per the title.

I can have heating when I want it so surely there's a way to manually allow the hot water to be divered to my hot taps?

Thanks for all/any help.

Thanks for the help? guys.

There was a small tear in the rubber diaphragm.

I managed to drain down my system, remover the brass diaphragm holder and replace.

Only problem I had/have was/is the 2 small silver pipes, with small rubber washers, don't sit as nice as they did in the holes and I have a small drip but at least I have hot water!
