External Water Feed Shower Mixer

Hi, i'm trying to find an external feed shower mixer, the type that has the hot and cold water supply from external pipes coming down from the ceiling. (Thus avoiding the need to bury in the wall)
I can't find anywhere, do they have a special name?

Many shower mixers can be wall mounted, and there are wall brackets available for surface mounted pipes anyway.
