Fedup of shower prob

Hi all,

I am not a plumber/electrician. I am a tenant fedup of bathroom problems.

I will give you rough idea about my case. I have a boiler,pump,and two switch(hot water& heating) to make it on/off and timer.

I am not getting hot water and also the pressure is very less in hot water when it comes sometimes. My landlord dont want to put electric shower and thus save money.

Can I have my problems solved with electric shower and what will be the minimum cost of installing it.

Sorry there's no simple answer. Electric shower is often NOT cheap to install because it needs a heavy cable going right back to the fuse box.
And, if your hot water is really poor sometimes, it is possibly because someone else is using it -? If that is true you can't pump it either.
