Ferroli Falcon flow switch trouble

I am trying to replace a new flow switch in my boiler - as no hot water ignition -but am having a few problems! When trying to fit the new flow switch, with filter, cartridge and fibre washers either side, it is so fiddly and one or more keep dropping out! Is there any good trick to fitting these please?

grease will hold them in place

thanks. would grease would you suggest is best - I have a tub of silicone grease is that the best type to use?

That should work.

A professional would have some high-tack silicone which is far better!
