Wiring a Mount Batten/Lamp Holder

Hello chaps,
I am trying to build this dehydrator http://www.k-clements.fsnet.co.uk/dehydrator.html
It's a fairly straight forward project, other than the lighting arrangement at the bottom of the unit. I see two lamp holders and only one flex lead, and I am literally clueless when it comes to electrics. If you could lend your expertise, or point me in the direction of the information that I need to do the job that would be great.

You have to learn some time though, and this seems like a pretty simple piece of wiring. It's more about having a job to do rather than the actual owning of the dehydrator. I guess I will have a search on amazon, see if they have any books that might help
