I have a 3 storey house built in the 1980\\\'s with a central stair well. We are replacing the internal doors. Do we need fire doors. At the moment all doors on 2nd & 3rd floor have ordinary flush doors with rise & fall hinges. The windows fitted are fire escape type. The ground floor which houses kitchen & bedroom have a heavy type door - maybe fire doors. Can you please advise have contacted the CBO with no answers :(

What's the question? If the question is "Do we need fire doors?" then I think that there is some requirement to have them in three story houses, but I am not sure.

definately need fire doors and closers on all doors to the stairwell
