I've just had my shower replaced (putting in a Galaxy Aqua 3000 8.5Kw to replace an ancient Gainsborough Escort)and unfortunately the new shower does not reach a warm enough temperature.

The Gainborough had no indication of its power but research suggests it must have been 7, 7.2 or 8.5 Kw, so I can't put my finger on what the problem is.

Does anyone have any idea what may be causing the lack of temperature?

Thanks,

Craig

Could be the thermostat inside the shower.

If it is new you should contact the manufacturer who should send out an engineer to replace. I had this problem and Triton came and sorted it for me. :D

Do you find the water flow through the new one is noticably more than you got with the old?
