I'm normally ok changing tap washers, but can't seem to figure out how to get to these ones. Normally i'd pop off the hot/cold cap and unscrew the cover before exposing the body/spindle etc. But can anyone tell me how to do it with these ones?

They are the saturn range from B+Q (£200). It has a grub screw at the base of the spout and another inverted hex screw further down, bu not sure how that will help me. (hopefully the photos will come out)

I bet they just pull out, mine (different type) recently purchased do.

That'll teach you to buy flashy taps. I have no idea how they come apart or what parts are inside and whether renewable. Would be interested to know what happens when you pull it apart.

They look to me as if they may be ceramic disk (no washer)

Write to B&Q, they have some elves who could contact the manufacturer
