tiling over concrete floor

our concrete basement floor has some water condensation. What I would like to know is what kind of sealer can I put down before a lay the tiles? I know that not all the sealer work with tiles. Thanks for your help

i'm not sure there are any diy applicable sealers that you yourself can use to prevent this, besides there are plenty of moisture tolerant ceramics and adhesives on the market. after all, swimming pools do ok don't they?
