So when you turn the temperature/pressure dial right up, it DOES get warm?
If so, is there another knob there? Is that set to MAX? (might read "power" or "economy")
If that knob is set to max and you're still having this problem, one of the elements is kaput.
Get onto Mira, they might send someone out or offer replacement (provided its a 12 month guarrantee)
