What do I use to fix quadrant tiles to the wall tiles and bath surfaces?

I presume you are talking about the traditional ceramic cristal bath trims. Normally the box set comes with a silicone sealant. If fixing individual ones, then stick with a premium silicone - top of range flex unibond silicone , for use in damp areas is good. Costs around £8 a tube but is better than basic silicone. Some tilers also use a flexible grout between the joints to cover all consequences
