Triton Ivory problem

I have a triton ivory shower which has recently stopped working occasionally. It first happened about a month ago but started again after i took the face of it and put it back on (although i don't think this did anything). It stopped working again this morning and it just appears dead when i switch it to on. Anybody got any ideas as to what this may be.

Did everything look ok when you took the cover off? Are you getting no power at all? Cut the power and have a look at the connections in the pull switch.

i couldn't see anything wrong inside it but i don't know a lot about eletrical showers, nothing looked burnt out or broken.

There doesn't seem to be any power at all but it was like this last time and then it just started again.

I'll have a look at the pull switch connections tonight and see if i can see anything
