My Whirlpool adp4504 only washes the bottom tray of dishes properly. I have checked all the filters, pipework and spray arms. I noticed that when I \\\'jammed\\\' it on with the door open (and dishwasher empty) that at the start of the cycle the spray arms were not moving when the cold water was running through. Also, during the hot cycle only the bottom spray arm was rotating - the top one was definitely not blocked or leaking. It looks like a pump problem to me but I would have thought that the pump would either work properly or not at all.
